We collect sales tax for all deliveries made in Colorado.

Shipping
We ship via UPS or USPS (at our option), so be sure to give a complete delivery address suitable for both carriers. Most orders are shipped complete the following business day. All freight and shipping/handling charges are non-refundable.

Returns
Returns are accepted only with prior approval, and only on unused, uninstalled lamps in original packaging. Bulb returns cannot be accepted. If the return is due to an error on our part, there will be no restocking fee. If the return is due to an error on your part, or in the case of discontinued items, a restocking fee may apply. Items returned as defective may be replaced or the appropriate refund may be issued, at our option. If we make a shipping error, we'll pay to make it right.
